Elijah Craig 9 Year Single Barrel - Crossroads Hy-Vee Store Pick

Nose: prominent cinnamon and caramel, some oak spice, a touch of mint. Taste: pleasant medium body, toasted caramel, cinnamon and nutmeg, with some sweet vanilla and a hint of fresh mint. Finish: nice lingering cinnamon, slightly dry at the end, a solid, satisfying warmth.

Slight rye spice and ethanol on the nose. A nice bright and fruity flavor with a mild spice at the end, and then finished quite cleanly.

Pleasant flavor but with some burn. Seemed quite average, but I'd like to try it again to be sure.
