About this bottle
Eden Mill's debut single malt release occurred on April 24, 2018, signifying the first whisky produced in St. Andrews in 160 years. The Hip Flask Series represents a new offering from the distillery, comprising seven distinct 200ml bottles. Each bottle features a unique malt composition and is finished in various oak casks. A total of 3,800 bottles were made available for the series, priced at £25 each. Series No. 2 incorporates a mash bill of 92% pale malt and 8% chocolate malt, matured in a 50-liter American oak octave cask.
