Searching for more wholesome beverages, and as I avoid coffee, sodas, and juice (though I do indulge occasionally), I have been exploring non-alcoholic spirits. It's quite remarkable how popular they've become lately. Diaego recently invested heavily in Seedlip, a brand that undergoes standard distillation followed by alcohol removal. This particular spirit, however, is not distilled, and its base ingredients are undisclosed (I neglected to inquire when speaking with the proprietor), but it's said to utilize a vast quantity of botanicals for its taste. I found it slightly preferable to Seedlip, yet it still lacked the fulfilling texture and potency of alcohol, with diminished flavors. Consequently, I did not purchase a bottle.
