Eagle Rare Single Barrel Select (1010 Washington)

The nose presents caramel, a hint of oak and vanilla, with a touch of mint appearing later. The body is light. The palate delivers the expected vanilla, caramel, and a hint of cherry soda. The finish is medium in length. This selection from 1010 Washington has been excellent this year, making it my preferred bourbon for its value. I was eager to try it and it lived up to expectations. It's a dependable, versatile bourbon that offers great quality for the price and can stand up to any premium spirit.

Strong vanilla. Toasted marshmallow. Graham cracker. Smooth. Mildly sweet.
