DRYCAT LONDON DRY GIN

A London Dry gin specifically crafted for mixology professionals. It has earned a Bronze Medal at the USA Spirits Ratings 2019, a Silver at the London Spirits 2020, and a Gold at the Gin Masters 2022. Originating from well-regarded London Gins, it's designed for professional mixologists and cocktail enthusiasts. Its traditional botanicals, with striking aromas and flavors, make DryCat London Dry an ideal foundation for a wide array of cocktail creations. In mid-2017, two friends, one a designer and the other a photographer, embarked on creating spirits. At the time, they lacked knowledge of spirits, but curiosity led one of them to London, where they explored various distillery types and discovered the urban distillery model – located within the city and offering a diverse product range. Upon returning to Brazil, they acquired their first still. One of their cats served as the inspiration for the gin's name, as the feline became the brand's icon. Since it was a dry gin, they conceived the name “dry cat”. During the development phase, industry professionals praised the gin, and the partners dedicated themselves to studying and refining the product in São Paulo. Subsequently, the recipe underwent minor adjustments until the current formulation for the delightful DryCat Gin was achieved. They established the first gin distillery in Espírito Santo state at the end of 2018, initially on Santa Maria Island, later moving to the bohemian Jucutuquara neighborhood. They then attracted the interest of a major investor, who is now part of the partnership and has fueled national expansion. Gilberto Lopes, with over 30 years managing Hortifruti, the nation's largest fruit and vegetable chain, joined the venture. The operation now resides in a new, expanded, and modernized facility in Monte Belo, offering a sea view and vast potential.
