Nose: Fig, honey, caramel, blood orange, and a hint of brine. Taste: Cherry, "fruity" notes, brown sugar, and a medicinal caramel character. Finish: Brine from green olives and oak tannin at the end. Smells like a scotch aged in sherry casks.
