I'm not fond of many whiskies. I use Wild Turkey in my plantation cake. This is the only other whiskey I use because I appreciate its flavor. It's particularly excellent in sours. I suspect it's the rye content, as I also enjoy rye beer. However, it has a great flavor for sipping straight. I do drink other spirits neat, especially top-shelf Scotches.
