An elegant Agave Spirit from NOM 1466. It begins aromatically with notes of raw agave, wood, fruits, nuts, herbs, and spices; its rich development adds notes of prune, tangerine, cider, crème brûlée, caramel, and maple; leading to a balanced, medium-length finish with notes of oak, vanilla, chocolate, allspice, cinnamon, coconut, hazelnut, tobacco, and smoke.
