This crisp Agave Spirit comes from Tequilera Don Roberto [NOM1437] in Jalisco, Mexico. Its aroma features cooked agave, earth, fruit, herbs, and spices. The taste is fruity, with notes of briny grapefruit, oregano, and wet grass. It has a quick finish with hints of pepper, orange zest, and toffee. From August 2023.
