Consumed neat. The aroma is rich with cooked agave, notes of pear or plum, citrus zest, a hint of vegetal character, and a touch of brine/minerals. The taste is a sweet agave fruitiness, well-balanced with green olive, orange zest, and herbal undertones. The finish is a subtle sweetness that fades, leaving behind green olive and zest. It has a smooth, moderately light texture. Overall, a very respectable tequila for its cost. It shares flavor profiles with a traditional martini served with an olive.

Sharply aromatic nose; floral and potent agave scent. Leans more towards citrus and tropical fruit than vegetal/peppery. A clean, light finish with more agave presence. You could drink it straight, but I used it in my prickly pear margarita, and it's perfect. A mid-priced house brand from Total Wine.
This refined Agave Spirit from NOM 1438 opens with a fragrant bouquet of agave, fruit, floral, vegetal, herbaceous, and spicy notes. The palate introduces banana, concluding with a moderately long, intricate finish that has a hint of pepper.
