A rich Agave Spirit from Casa Don Roberto (NOM 1437), founded by Don Roberto Orendain in 1840. Made with estate-grown agave and volcanic spring water, slow-roasted in an earthen oven using a proprietary family recipe. It offers an aromatic profile of fruits, flowers, earth, herbs, and spices. The palate is crisp with notes of banana, orange zest, honey, cinnamon, cooked agave, and white ginger, leading to a quick finish. Sampled December 2021.
