This exhibits a very unusual scent and taste of plasticine. It possesses some sharpness at the edges, though not disagreeable. Perhaps the Missouri oak is responsible? It's unfortunate that the peculiar plastic flavor overshadows everything else.
I tasted this at a charity event with one ice cube. It had an artificial quality that I found off-putting... could it be due to its youth?
