Batch 14 / 116.58 Proof / Barrel 69 / Bottle 87 This is a rich, Cask Strength Single Barrel Bourbon made with 51% corn, 45% wheat, and 4% malted barley. It was aged for 3 years in American white oak barrels. Its aromatic beginning features notes of grain, wood, dried fruits, flowers, herbs, and spices. The rich body adds corn and vanilla notes, leading to a warm, medium-length finish with oak flavors.

Extremely floral aroma and the initial taste is like drinking roses. A strong ethanol presence follows, and that’s essentially it. With such a high proof and being too young, this will only serve as a whiskey and coke mixer.
