Appearance: A pale off-white/beige, much like cream with a touch of vanilla essence. Aroma: Hints of nutmeg, almond extract, and vanilla. Flavor and Texture: Creamy and sweet with a very mild tingle. It tastes of almond extract, vanilla, and very subtle baking spices like nutmeg, cinnamon, and allspice. The finish is slightly reminiscent of almond gelato or nougat. It's not bad, but not particularly remarkable either. I'm not a fan of Disaronno to begin with, and this is just a creamy version released to increase sales. Its saving grace is that it isn't overly sweet or cloying, but whether you enjoy it depends entirely on your reaction to almond essence, as that's the dominant flavor. Unfortunately, almond essence isn't something I particularly like (though I do enjoy almonds and almond meal), so it's not my preference. My partner isn't highly impressed with it either. We'll likely finish the bottle, and it might be better mixed with other liqueurs (coffee or chocolate liqueurs could work well, and it might also pair with rum). However, I doubt we would ever buy another bottle – there are superior liqueurs available. Even being as objective as possible, I couldn't rate this higher than average. “Average”: 78/100 (2.75 stars) NOTE - This was incorrectly categorized as an amaro here; it is absolutely not. It's a creamy nut liqueur entirely without bitterness.

An apricot/almond aroma that blends into a fresh, milky cream scent. It enters the palate with medium sweetness, a thick creamy texture, and a smooth mouthfeel. The fruit and nut flavors are well-represented and not at all diminished by the creaminess. Overall, this is a great alternative to the many Irish Cream and Bourbon liqueurs available. A delightful, celebratory liqueur that will likely please most people.
The classic taste of Disaronno with a velvety smooth texture and aftertaste.
It's decent, but I favor regular Disaronno.
Sweet hazelnut and cream. Delicious.
