Launched in Quebec, Canada in 2019, Dirty Devil Vodka is produced using non-GMO corn and hyper-oxygenated water, a process that enriches the water with five times the usual amount of oxygen. The base spirit rests with this water for six weeks before being bottled at 84 proof. It became available in the US in April 2021.

Smooth texture, with a hint of fruit initially. Substantial mouthfeel akin to Evian water. An excellent foundation for cocktails, seeming to amplify the mixed flavors. Also pleasant neat, preferable chilled rather than ice cold.
We sampled it at an event at the LCBO and immediately purchased a bottle. Despite sounding like a marketing ploy, it was surprisingly smooth and refreshing on the tongue.
