It has a noticeably stronger burn going down than I would have anticipated for an 80-proof spirit. I suspect this is due to the agave. The flavor is certainly interesting.
Sweet and smooth. Serve over ice with bitters and orange peel for an immediate old fashioned style beverage.
Combines the best qualities of whiskey with the best qualities of tequila. It's just a little unusual for my preference.
