Smooth, sweet, a touch too sweet, thick, with notes of roasting and chocolate. Okay for unique drinks or with coffee or milk. There's likely something superior available.
Like chocolate syrup with an ethanol burn. Use it in your brandy alexander or your chocolate martini, but don’t drink it neat.
It's acceptable, but prepare for severe digestive distress.
