A delicate Brandy from Cognac, France, aged for at least 2 years. It begins with dark fruit, tree fruit, flower, and baking spice aromas. The smooth middle has notes of baked pears with a bit of cinnamon, plum, hints of violets, and vanilla. It finishes woody and moderately long with oak and pear juice notes. January 2021
