Crystal Ridge 63 Straight Bourbon Whiskey: 2 Years

Young. The aroma has corn, barrel spice, wood shavings, vanilla, and hints of cocoa and citrus zest. It's clearly young, more like a white spirit than a mature bourbon. The taste is brief and sweet, with corn, pepper, and a touch of oak. Overall, it's weak and underdeveloped.

Certainly some peppery corn, but it tastes extremely young. I believe I prefer their standard shine.
