Amie Glenn 3.3

Intense and complex, this 116 proof spirit presents notes of Dutch apple pie, vanilla cream, sharp oak, sweetness, and corn dustiness. It has a lingering, full mouthfeel. The finish carries a slight bitterness, possibly from the proof and charred oak smoke. It's quite an experience.

Mateo Day 3.0

I possess the 1962 edition of Eleanor. The aroma is sweet, like sawdust and corn husks with a gentle spice. The taste follows the corn theme with a nutty, caramel quality. It has a higher proof than most, yet it's considerably smoother than anticipated.

Jean Easter 4.3

Eleanor chapter 11.3 - Smells like vanilla waffle cone, oak, plum, and Dr. Pepper. Taste is maple syrup, dark cherry, with a slight burn.

Jayden Thayer 5.0

Maple syrup, coconut, and vanilla. This is batch 9.4. Delicious!!!!
