crittenden's Cut Above Bourbon Whiskey finished is PX Sherry cask

This is fantastic to my senses. The classic bourbon flavors are immediately apparent. Sweetness like caramel and brown sugar, then it shifts to rich, dark fruits. The heat arrives from the proof, not overwhelming, just enough to make its presence known. I'm still quite new to discerning tasting notes, but if you see the store selection, get it!
