Corbin Vodka stands out with its unique mash bill of 100% estate-grown sweet potatoes, requiring ten pounds per bottle. After harvest, the sweet potatoes are cured for 12 to 16 months before being cleaned, cut, and cooked. The resulting mash ferments for five days, then is distilled in a Holstein copper pot/column hybrid to 190 proof. Following dilution, the gluten-free vodka is carbon filtered and bottled at 80 proof.
