Drank this neat without ice, after letting it rest. The aroma had a subtle caramel scent along with significant heat/ethanol. The nose was concerning as it wasn't appealing. The taste was pure heat and alcohol. Perhaps a touch of caramel at best, but otherwise, I was surprised by how intense it was on the palate for only being 97 proof. The finish continued the heat, feeling almost like a chemical burn down my throat. This was not enjoyable at all, and still only 97 proof. I cannot recommend this bottle or even suggest trying it. Save your resources and try something else.

The color is a deep amber, nearly copper. The aroma initially presents leather, oak, and vanilla. Swirling reveals faint toffee and baking spices. The first taste is rich, with abundant baking spices and notes of brown sugar. The texture is not thin but does have a slight drying effect. Subsequent sips unveil notes of toffee and vanilla. The finish is moderate, featuring more of the baking spices. Overall, a solid, if not particularly exciting, Bourbon. It's probably not worth the $50 price tag, but I have no other major criticisms.

This is an incredible pour that awakens the senses! The nose has chocolate, hints of pineapple, and some brown sugar. The finish brings some spice, a bit of ginger, and a tingling sensation!!! This 100 proof is an excellent choice. Investigate their offerings!

A bit unusual but genuinely surprisingly good. It's stated to be 10 years old. I also have a blended Bourbon with 4 and 10-year-old components. It's a bit pricey for me to buy regularly.

Bailey Jamison 4.3

A solid flavor profile; I have no real complaints because it offers a strong initial taste and can be savored as the flavors develop.

Wow, this one is excellent. It's enjoyable neat and also over ice. It's not excessively sweet, but I do detect a slight sweetness.
