Copper Still Single Barrel Indiana Straight Bourbon Whiskey 36% Rye is a robust, Straight Bourbon Whiskey produced by Copper Still Spirits in Lawrenceburg, Indiana; made with locally sourced sweet corn & rye using copper stills; then aged for 3 years in American oak. It begins aromatically with notes of grain, citrus, wood & spice; then develops a rich & bold character with flavors of corn, rye, orange, caramel, vanilla & toffee; culminating in a long & warming conclusion with notes of pepper, oak, chocolate & orange zest. February / August 2022

Young, but good. Slightly spicy due to higher rye content. Vanilla and toffee notes. With a couple more years of aging, this could be excellent.
