COLOR/ Pale Gold AROMA/ Sugary, Ethanol, Faint Oak, Barely Any Honey, Praline, Hint of Cleaner FIRST SIP/ Sugary, Honey, Velvety, Touch of Apple TASTE/ Oaky, Sugary, Honey Flavors, Velvety, Matured FINISH/ Velvety, Sugary, Comforting, Nutty Hint of Oak MT GLASS/ Toffee, Oak Remarks This, to my companions, is an excellent purchase for a small-batch bourbon whiskey. It possesses an elusive quality that’s hard to discern. The variety of tastes it offers creates wonderful depth... there’s oak, there’s nuts, there’s toffee, there’s honey! All in all, a delicious drink! Enjoy it straight or over ice; a tiny bit of water would likely enhance its taste. Without further ado, this is a highly pleasurable drink! Be Kind, Be Generous, Be Real, Be Responsible!!!

Revisiting this one for another assessment Nose - The aroma is light, with hints of honey and vanilla. Taste - It begins with a light flavor, then introduces some vanilla and honey notes. The finish is rather brief, featuring some spices and a slightly warm conclusion. It's not intricate by any means, but the taste is genuinely not bad. Overall and value - The bottle is inexpensive, as is the price; the label looks cheap in my opinion. The bourbon is just so-so, not complex at all but it's acceptable.

Smell: Initially alcohol fumes, then oak, black pepper, and vanilla. Taste: Begins slightly sweet, but quickly turns bitter. Aftertaste: Bitter sensation in the throat, a lingering but unpleasant finish. With one ice cube: A bit sweeter at first, but the bitter aftertaste dominates everything. I don't believe I'll try this again.

Greetings, friend! Do you enjoy the taste of whiskey that was previously served on the rocks but no longer is? Are you seeking something milder than, well, anything else? If so, I have a bourbon for you!

Smell: Floral with a touch of sting. Straight: Sweet, subtle vanilla and cherry notes. Minimal burn. On ice: Smooth and sweet. The ice softens the spirit, making it easy to drink.

This would be acceptable as a standard pour at a low-key bar. It's quite unobjectionable, but lacks depth. Some vanilla notes can be detected if you search for them. It has a thin texture and no lingering aftertaste.
