A balanced gin from Scotland's Isle of Colonsay, by Finlay & Eileen Geekie. Made with a simple yet robust selection of botanicals including juniper, Angelica Root, Calamus Root & Coriander. It starts with aromas of bright, oily juniper & pine. The middle is earthy & root-y with calamus & ginger, coriander seeds. It finishes sweet and of medium length with a touch of citrus & orange peel. January 2018
