Light and welcoming aroma. Green apple with honey and very subtle smoke. On the palate, the corn sweetness combines with agave to create a very honeyed character while still remaining light and clean. More citrus on the palate and finish than anticipated. A considerable improvement over the standard Cody Road bourbon!
