An intense Agave Spirit from Jalisco, Mexico. That is cooked in an Autoclave; fermented and 2x distilled in Stainless Steel Pots; aged for 18 months in a Napa Cabernet Sauvignon French oak wine cask; before being bottled at 40% ABV. It has a complex start with notes of agave, citrus, wood, herbs and spices; while a balanced middle adds tastes of pepper, orange zest, oak, honey, chocolate, allspice, butterscotch and vanilla; leading to a rich and spicy, medium-length finish with plenty of vanilla bean and caramel. It's cooked in an Autoclave, fermented & 2x distilled in Stainless Steel Pots, then aged for 6 months in French oak wine casks before bottling at 40% ABV. It presents a complex aroma of agave, citrus, wood, herbs & spices. The balanced mid-palate adds notes of pepper, orange zest, oak, butterscotch, leading to a rich & spicy medium-length finish with ample vanilla & caramel. June 2022
