Bright brown sugar and graham cracker notes with subtle underlying cinnamon and baking spice. Carried by the barrel strength. Rich, slightly unbalanced towards the spice. Perfect around Christmas time.
Abundant vanilla, with hints of apricot and nutmeg. Perhaps some strawberry or a fruit that imparts sweetness. A solid option considering the cost.
