This bourbon undergoes a process the brand calls "Pressure Aging." It is matured in new, charred American oak barrels and then finished with sugar maple wood. The whiskey is bottled at 92 proof.

Far too sweet and, like all other bourbons from that distillery, a strong corn presence with not much barrel influence. It's smooth, but the sweetness doesn't bring much heat.
Among the premier local spirits I've encountered. Robust and bold in flavor, invigorating.
