About this bottle
For this bottling, the renowned Chichibu distillery partnered with several Japanese craft breweries, including the notable Shigakogen brewery. Casks from the distillery were sent to the breweries to age beer, after which they were returned to Chichibu to be filled with whisky. A total of 6,700 bottles were released and are expected to reach Western markets by the close of 2017.
