Pale in color. The nose presents mild notes of apple, earth, leather, and creosote. The palate is decent, with spice and herbs. The finish is soft. It's easy to drink, though somewhat lacking in complexity.
A bit underwhelming. The current score seems fitting. A very pleasant aroma is followed by a dull flavor. Bottled at full proof is significantly better.
Just opened and not impressed yet. Will revisit later.
Solid taste, but the buttery finish is remarkable.
