About this bottle
Charbay has been involved in distilling in California since 1983, initially with Alambic Pot Still Brandy, before expanding significantly. Their Clear Vodka is made from American Midwest corn and rye, distilled to 192 proof, and then lightly filtered without the use of charcoal, limestone, or filter-agents. The vodka is subsequently diluted to 80 proof using a proprietary water process.
