Van Gogh Vodka presents itself with the scent of neutral grain air and a whisper of wheat. The initial sweetness transitions into a vanilla flavor on the palate. The finish retains sweet vanilla and a hint of bitter clove. It's barely palatable and doesn't fare well in mixed drinks. I anticipate more from a vodka at this price point.
This vodka is genuinely one of the most unpleasant I have ever tried, and to top it off, the bottle broke when I set it down.
