Taylor Gresham 3.5

Ruddy copper color Even, medium-speed legs and nice beads. A bit hot on the nose. Plenty of fresh Oak, lots of rye spice, bright juicy berries and orange peel. The contribution from the Cabernet cask is quite subtle. Soft on the palate, a little rough around the edges. The wine cask is much more noticeable in flavor than on the nose. Otherwise, peanut shells, dry Oak, some cacao and vanilla. A hint of saltiness. Medium finish rolls out and the cabernet comes through those same flavors. It's interesting, and a good value. Not overdone, but definitely young.

Freddy Snow 3.3

Aged twice in barrels, then finished in Cabernet casks Woody, cherry, oak, cedar, coats the mouth, smooth Red Cabin earned a Gold medal at the 2019 LA Spirits competition for bourbon.

Aurora Kirkland 3.8

Pleasant texture, hints of spice, and a warming sensation that's just right.

Elvis Yang 3.3

The Cabernet finish imparts some pleasant notes to this young spirit.
