It starts with a "tangy" sensation, but not the burn you'd anticipate from such a high proof. The aroma isn't very prominent, but the flavor is abundant. It's sweet – like butterscotch, chocolate, or something similar. I initially tried it neat and then added one ice cube. Very good.
