An outstanding Irish-style Whiskey with typical notes of vanilla and butter cookie upfront, followed by a robust, sweet finish reminiscent of port wine. The distillery is producing some remarkable whiskeys!

Flavors of vanilla, chocolate, and red berries. A hint of oak and malty sweetness.
