About this bottle
The limited release Cedar Ridge Honey Bourbon is finished for 14 months in a secondary ex-bourbon cask that has been seasoned with local Iowa honey. The mash bill consists of 74% corn, 14% rye, and 12% malted barley. It is bottled at 105 proof and became available online and at the distillery in Swisher, Iowa, on July 3, 2026.
