Cedar Ridge's Straight Rye Whiskey, made from a mash bill of 85% Iowa-grown rye, 12% corn, and 3% malted barley and matured in new, charred American oak barrels, forms the base for this expression. It then undergoes a finishing period in second-fill American oak. This bottling is available in limited quantities beginning November 2025 at 105 proof, with a suggested retail price of $60.
