The third bottling in Cedar Ridge's Bottled-in-Bond series, coinciding with the brand's 12th anniversary, was made in a single, unspecified season and meets Bottled-in-Bond standards. It is offered at 100 proof, with 400 cases released in July 2021.

Cedar Ridge has a very distinct note for me, and I wish I could identify its source. I believe some of it is from the corn, and it sometimes tastes young, but I also think the malt comes through and has a slightly grape-like quality.
