About this bottle

Cazcanes No. 7 Añejo is a 100% blue Weber agave tequila produced in Los Valles, Jalisco, with no additives. The agave is cooked in an autoclave, processed by roller mill, fermented with wild yeast in stainless steel tanks without fibers, and twice distilled in a stainless steel pot still. This expression is aged for a minimum of one year in ex-bourbon American oak barrels and is bottled at 80 proof.

I'm getting notes of berries and cream on the nose, butterscotch on the palate, and a long finish with some nutmeg. It's top-notch, though a bit expensive.
