Eva Longoria, a well-known Mexican-American celebrity and activist, is a co-founder of Casa Del Sol. This 100% blue Weber agave tequila has undergone aging for 14 months in French oak and ex-cognac barrels. It is offered at 40% ABV and became available in September, 2021.

The extended aging process imparts additional spice and tannin. The sweetness is also reduced, while a dry, more defined brandy character emerges. This is undoubtedly a sippable tequila, yet distinct from any other tequila available. The finish is long and leaves the palate clean.
