Having sampled several dry vermouths recently, this one is likely my least preferred. It's inexpensive, but it lacks distinctiveness, and among other dry vermouths at the same price, this one fades into the background. The nose presents mineral notes and grape. It's not particularly remarkable, while the palate is sweeter than expected for a dry vermouth, with green apple and lemon zest. The finish is very brief and again leans sweet. While not unpleasant, it simply doesn't offer enough to justify choosing it over the many other dry vermouths available. Stick with Dolin Dry for a similar cost.

Sampled neat and chilled. Comes in a liter bottle. It has a pale straw color in the glass with thin, slow-moving legs. The aroma offers floral notes, overripe grapes, and a light grape syrup. On the palate, it's tart to sour grapes with floral sweetness. A subtle bitterness is present but doesn't counteract the sweet and sour character. The mouthfeel is light and thin. The finish is characterized by limestone minerality, dryness, and a lingering sourness. The finish is brief, but a light sour note persists. There are numerous excellent dry vermouths available. This is not among them. While a certain sweet red vermouth is among the best, its dry counterpart doesn't measure up. Consider choosing a different brand.
Not particularly impressive. The aroma is overwhelmingly sweet, like candy and fruit. The palate, however, is very dry and sour, causing a slight pucker. Best to avoid this one and choose Noilly Prat instead.
