About this bottle
Located in Indiana, Cardinal Spirits opened in February 2015. Their gin is inspired by the early gins produced by monks in Salerno around the 1100s. While their organic botanicals are quite standard—juniper, coriander, navel orange zest, lemon zest, angelica root, and cinnamon—the gin's base is made from 100% white grapes. The gin is bottled at 42% ABV.
