About this bottle
Sourced from Michoacán, this additive-free tequila is made from 100% estate-grown agave. The agave is cooked in a mix of stone ovens and an autoclave, then processed using a diffuser and roller mill. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks with natural yeasts and without fibers, followed by double distillation in stainless steel tanks with copper coils. Prior to batch blending and bottling at 80 proof, it undergoes aeration and carbon filtration.
