Signature Double Oak Bourbon's mash bill consists of 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% malted barley. It is aged for over 4 years in new American white oak barrels before being finished in proprietary casks that are lightly charred and toasted. This bourbon is bottled at 100 proof and is presented without chill-filtration. Its release date is April 2025.

Caramel and vanilla aromas with a hint of cinnamon on the nose. The palate features oak, baking spice, graham crackers, and cinnamon, leading to a delightful finish. An exceptional value at its retail price. Its strongest characteristic is its balance – a seamless transition from aroma to finish. A true pleasure.
Smells like caramel. Taste is graham cracker and vanilla. Finishes with cinnamon, charred oak, brown sugar, and caramel.
