In 1888, sugarcane farmers in Bundaberg, Queensland, Australia, established the Bundaberg Distilling Company. Their rum debuted in 1889. Bundaberg Underproof rum is double distilled from molasses, aged for at least two years, then blended and bottled at 37% ABV.

The acetone aroma is quite strong! It's not very pleasant neat or on the rocks. It pairs well with strongly flavored beverages: lemon water, cola, etc. Positive aspect: It definitely warms your body until the next morning.
Tastes like a bandage, but not in the way cachaça does, only negatively.
