Nose: Extremely floral, with notes of perfume, roses, and freshly cut grass. Melon is also present, alongside the familiar BT characteristics of apple, lemon, sugar, and cream. The floral scent is quite potent, almost suggesting a higher proof. Body: It's like tasting a flower bouquet – very intense. The apple notes typically found in standard BT are masked, and the usual nutty character is absent. It's primarily flowers and perfume, with a faint hint of butterscotch detectable with concentration. Finish: Gentle, with subtle cinnamon, chocolate, and cherries. Cane sugar lingers, and the cinnamon warmth is pleasant. This is the highlight of the drink, encouraging slow and moderate consumption. Compared to the standard BT's muted finish with lingering nuttiness, this expression excels here. The combination of strong aromas and the cinnamon buzz, applied to a familiar spirit, creates an intriguing effect. It seems to be at least 100 proof, making the standard BT feel disappointingly flat in comparison. Not all flavors are perfectly executed, and I've preferred other selections, but this remains fascinating, and I regret it's finished.
