Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon (Fountain Inn ABC Single Barrel Select)

New to bourbon, this is my first time trying Buffalo Trace since my university days... Nose: Caramel/Toffee, red apple, subtle vanilla, some ginger/spiciness, not overly woody. Taste/Finish: Incredibly smooth... my new go-to for everyday sipping.

A robust, boozy nose with notes of oak, vanilla, and cleaned leather, plus hints of peppermint, cinnamon, and ginger. The palate has a full body with cinnamon, peppermint, ginger, banana, and caramel. It has a thick, viscous mouthfeel and a finish with a spicy, sharp vanilla oak.
