Buffalo Trace 8yr Single Barrel (Waterloo Crossroads Hy-Vee pick)

Has more rye character than a typical Buffalo Trace from the shelf. I felt it tasted more like Mashbill #2. After tasting it alongside Blantons, they are very similar. Perhaps it's "Baby Blantons"?

Very light and smooth, but the rye character comes through well!
